Cynthia Hayes has been designing residential interiors for over twenty years. After graduating with a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Vermont, Cindy worked in the advertising field while continuing her studies in the Interior Design Program at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). In 1997, she joined the design team at Leonard's Antiques, the well-known and premier source of antique beds and high-end reproduction furniture.

 

In 2010, Cindy started Cynthia Hayes Interior Design, specializing in classic, fresh, and timeless residential interiors. Her work is characterized by clean and uncluttered solutions combined with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Cindy works with highly qualified professionals and expert craftsmen and has a support staff for any size project. In addition, she often collaborates on large projects with long time colleague and friend, Pam Manchester, of Manchester Interiors.

 

Cindy's projects include residences in Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida. She also has strong ties and a love for Nantucket Island, where she has participated in many wonderful design projects. Cindy has the unique and special ability to develop strong professional relationships and has been working with many of her clients for over fifteen years.
